Refund policy
At Pinups & Needles, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right.
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect items ordered
- Items that are not damaged during shipping
- Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance (especially with handmade or natural products)
Shipping Issues
Pinups & Needles is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Pinups & Needles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
