Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Shipping Delays
Pinups & Needles is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing (for international orders)
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Pinups & Needles is not responsible for packages that are:
- Lost in transit
- Marked as delivered but not received
- Stolen after delivery
If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Import taxes
- Duties required by their country
Pinups & Needles is not responsible for delays due to customs.
